Me with my very low-tech phone-how do you work this thing again?
What are your pet parents getting you for the holidays? You must have sniffed it out by now!
According to this timely article in the Washington Post, as humans pounce on high-tech gadgets as presents, or for their own holiday wish-list, they're gravitating toward electronics for Fido and Fluffy, too. The American Pet Products Association says that "technology is having an impact in every area of the pet world, including food, toys and care products...and believes heath care advances are moving the fastest." Think dog-sized treadmill for doggy rehab or just plain indoor exercise, a pet pedometer, electronic, self-cleaning kitty litter boxes, air conditioners for dog houses and pet air purifiers for human houses-and lets not forget the hundreds of pet related Apps now available.
So will you join the trend toward high-tech pet presents, or just give your dog a bone or new squeaky toy and your cat the traditional catnip-stuffed mouse? Let us know!
P.S. Stay tuned later this evening for a brand new giveaway: Enter to win an ASPCA gift pack!
And...if we don't hear from the Iam's gift basket winner we chose on Wednesday evening, we're picking a new one tonight!

Our Pond is very low tech and we like it that way.

Our Christmas list is simple - balls and more balls and antlers to gnaw on when we're not playing ball.
Love ya lots,
