We're getting such a late start today, we thought we'd better add another day to our usual Sunday post. Parental Unit is wondering what happened to that "day of rest"...

We found this important information about the canine influenza virus (yes, dogs can get the flu-and all year round, too), from the Dog Channel.com website, and the accompanying clever video that reviews everything you ever wanted to know about dog flu was provided by mypet.com.  Once you've reviewed this information, you'll be able to better decide whether your Fido needs a flu shot. And if your four-legged buddy should get the flu, you'll know just what to do to ease his or her symptoms (it's probably not a big bowl of Jello!)
