We're closing in on the home stretch of Iams Home 4 the Holidays 13th Annual Adoption Drive, and we've got great news to report! As of last Friday 924,932 pets have been adopted since the start of this year's campaign on October 1. Their goal is 1.5 million adoptions by January 3, 2012-let's help them make that number by spreading the good word!
And...Iams has so far donated 4,164,135 meals through their Bags 4 Bowls program with a goal of 5 million meals by January 3, which marks the end of this year's campaign. So how can you get involved to help Iams make their food donation goal? Just visit Iams Facebook page and make an adoption or holiday card (like my nifty one, above) and post it on their page-it will take less than two minutes and Iams will donate one bowl of food for each card posted!
Before we leave you this Christmas Eve, we want to show off the following cards that we received from our earlier post on this campaign-for each holiday/adoption card posted to the Iams Facebook page and sent to me by December 9, Iams donated 50 meals to shelter dogs!
Yep, you added right-Bocci's Beefs and friends helped to contribute 250 meals, courtesy of Iams, to shelter animals in need! A hearty thank-you to the Spayde family for their participation!
