Sixteen Dalmatian puppies, that is-all miraculously born from one mother named Milly and in one litter. The Elvin family, from Church Stretton, U.K., was told by Milly's mathematically challenged veterinarian to expect four pups, but mother nature had other plans. Ironically, Milly also was born into a 16 puppy litter, which makes this whole scenario
extremely rare.

Mother and all 16 pups are reportedly doing well.

Hey Bocci! Thanks for your comment. You should definitely include Shelby's story in your book! Do you her - if not, I can introduce you. Not only is her story one of true survival against all odds - it's also an example of the generosity of blogville. We all really came together to raise money to help cover her care.
My story isn't quite so dramatic, but I would certainly like to submit it and see what you think.
Your pal, Pip

Oh my goodness! I can only imagine all those spots running all over the place- I'd get dizzy!
